We work hard to offer you unique, high-quality products at great prices. To do this, we source many of our items from trusted third-party suppliers based overseas, which allows us to pass on savings — but also means slightly longer wait times.
🕒 Order Processing Time
Please note that due to international sourcing, orders typically take 2–3 weeks to process before shipping. This timeframe allows our suppliers to prepare, package, and send your items to our UK delivery partners.
🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, we offer fast, reliable delivery through:

Royal Mail: 2–3 business days (within the UK)

DPD: 1–2 business days (within the UK)
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.
Please note: These delivery times apply after the processing period.
📦 Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate parcels. This helps ensure quicker delivery of items that are ready sooner.
❗ Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been shipped and handed over to the courier (Royal Mail or DPD), we are no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages.
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, or if it goes missing during transit, please contact the courier directly to file a claim:
